The program is open to SME-scale companies engaged in R&D and innovation activities, developing technology with a Technology Readiness Level of at least TRL 4, aiming to grow nationally and internationally, generate sales, and secure investment.

Companies from all sectors may apply, particularly those operating in Software, Information and Communication Technologies, Renewable Energy, Green Technologies, and Marine Technologies.
